Digital pull-testing equipment for rope access and anchor compliance
Staht builds digital pull-testing equipment for people who have to prove a fixing will hold. Every tester in the range is made in Britain, CE and UKCA marked, and built around a simple principle: a load test is only as useful as the record it leaves behind.
What we use Staht for
Alpine-Tech 360 runs Staht equipment on our own anchor pull testing and recertification work: verifying wall ties, anchor bolts and safety fixings, proof-loading fall protection anchor posts and overhead lifting points, and testing cable swage terminations on safety line systems. Because we use this gear on live sites, we can tell you which frame and load cell pairing actually suits the work in front of you.
The range
- Staht Bridge: 25kN capacity with a 50mm stroke, 2.6kg, and a 230mm × 155mm footprint that reaches into tight spaces. Tests to CFA standards and BS 8539.
- t25 and t60 load cells: 25kN and 60kN digital tension load cells sharing the same accessories and app. The t25 is also available to rent by the day.
- Inline Tester: measures force between two points for anchor posts, overhead lifting points and rail systems. Engineered to help test to BS 7883:2019 Annex D and E.
- LT Line Tester: purpose-built for 8mm (7×7 or 1×19) cable terminations, with a collet giving 360° contact so the swage is not damaged during the test. BS 7883:2019 Annex K.
Staht Connect: the reporting layer
Every tester pairs over Bluetooth with the Staht Connect app for live load graphs, then produces an instant PDF report carrying photos, video, GPS location and cloud-stored history. If you maintain an anchor register or hand evidence to building owners, that traceability is the part that saves the most time.
